Identifying where training is required and preparing the appropriate programme for getting the best results and productivity
Using training methods like audiovisual aids, classroom instruction, practical training, role-playing or equipment such as computers to train the employees
Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program when the training sessions are complete to ensure that the desired results are being achieved

Skills required:

Strong communication skills are very important to impart training
They must have good interpersonal and verbal skills and must have be approachable
Knowledge about the work field and keeping in touch with the new developments in area of expertise is necessary to formulate training programmes

Education & Qualification:

There is not specific degree for a job like this but most have at least a bachelor's degree in psychology, literature, human resources, management or computers
Knowledge of computer is essential to prepare programs and give presentations
Experience as public speakers, teachers and broadcasters also helps
