Job description

1.Adapt and lead Babycare training programs across the UAE, positioning yourself as a business partner for the retail and operation teams;

2.Participate in the design and ensure the follow-up of training and coaching programs (customer service, sales techniques, product training & Operation standard, Baby care culture,Pregnancy and Childbirth Knowledge,Company policies and regulations);

3.In collaboration with the headquarter training Director and plan the training, build a UAE Retail training course, in order to support the challenges of the area, support new arrivals, high value products, open new points of sale and develop employees' talents;

4.Support managers and the Retail Department in identifying training needs, in line with the business priorities of the area and the challenges of the stores;

5.Ensure strong presence in the points of sales; develop and deploy content related to the business issues of the region;

6.Develop and manage the community of In-Store Trainers in the region;

7.Build with the sales team an adapted training strategy in the area in order to support business issues and develop sell-out;

8.Mystery Shopping: analyze and build action plans with the store managers, monitor the action plans and their results;

9.Comprehensive store staff promotion and assessment system to help the growth of personnel within the enterprise;

10.Monitoring and reporting of the Training activity in the region;

Job Requirements

1.Excel, MS office etc,PPT presentation;

2.Product introduction(Face to face/Online video)skills must be very strong;

3.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;

4.Capacity of planning, organizing and conducting training;

5.Timely inspection and follow-up of training outcomes.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
