A reputable and well-established Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Training Supervisor for their team in Dubai. - Arrange training schedule, requirements, and preparations.
- Identify training requirements and provide recommendations on programs and activities.
- Conduct technical training programs for internal and external stakeholders according to company standards.
- Act as a point-of-contact for participants and management. Coordinate and support where necessary.
- Attend seminars and workshops for new training methods and techniques and prepare and update training content.
- Maintain training records, issue certificates, and report feedback.
- Prepare and disseminate training material.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Minimum 2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 field experience as a Trainer or Facilitator (Administrative)
- Knowledge of educational management programs, website portals, and IT.
- Good organization, time management, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and attend training and workshops.
