Job Description

We are seeking a Training Specialist to play a dual role: engaging clients professionally and supporting training success through interactive content creation and editing. Fluent English is a must; Arabic is an added value.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and support customers before, during, and after programs, ensuring professional communication and smooth delivery. Lead client meetings and presentations, confidently explaining training solutions and addressing questions. Make and receive client calls, manage follow-ups, and maintain clear communication records. Create and edit interactive training content (presentations, activities, toolkits) aligned with program goals and modern learning practices. Support the sales process with client engagement, needs analysis, and coordination. Work with internal teams to ensure schedules, materials, and logistics are in place. Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of training experiences.
Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Arabic is an added value. Strong presentation and client-facing skills; confident in calls and meetings. Experience in interactive content creation and editing (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools). Some sales capability with a consultative, professional approach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive. Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred. Experience in L&D or training roles is an advantage.
