Training Specialist - Science for the Ministry of Education UAE

The Ministry of Education is recruiting for Science Secondary Training specialist to join UAE public schools.

There are NO SKYPE interviews and so all Science Secondary Trainings specialist MUST sign up and be approved to attend an in-person interview. Only Science Secondary Training Specialist that are approved to attend will be provided full details.

As a Training Specialist within the Ministry of Education you will assess Teachers' training needs, develop a strategy that reflects those needs, and execute an action plan, including the development and delivery of professional development programmes.
English Primary Training Specialist
Principal duties and responsibilities: The role will encompass, but will not be limited to, all of the following, the balance of duties and responsibilities, however, will be determined in discussion with the necessary Ministry personnel. Prepare an annual training plan according to the strategic priorities, evaluation results and the training needs of Health Science at Secondary level and related staff Design and develop training programs, providing technical support for core training in the implementation of the training programmes. Evaluate training packages in cooperation with the related departments according to industry principles and best practice Co-ordinate the external training provides to prepare or develop the content of training programmes that are planned for staff in the light of the Ministry's needs and the training and professional development plan. Identify suitable staff to become internal trainers and prepare plans for qualifying them as certified trainers. Assess training programmes, measuring their impact and analyzing results. Monitor the effectiveness of training and measuring the gaps between outputs and expected outcomes of professional development programmes. Contribute to the analysis of statistical data of training programs and the extraction of performance indicators and development solutions. Prepare an evaluation study of the impact of professional development programmes on the performance of staff and impact on students. Apply best practice in the fields of training development of human resources and make suggestions for developing best practice methods. Provide technical support to inform Directorate initiatives. Carry out any other tasks related to the job as required.

Essentials MA/MSc in a health-related subject (e.g. Health Sciences, Nursing, Medical Sciences, Paramedic Sciences, Health Promotion, Healthcare, Public Health, Nutrition, Health and Social Care Desirable PhD/Doctorate in a health-related subject (e.g. Health Sciences, Nursing, Medical Sciences, Paramedic Sciences, Health Promotion, Healthcare, Public Health, Nutrition, Health and Social Care Professional qualification in staff development, for example, CPID Diploma in Learning & Development Teaching or Assessing qualification (e.g. A1, TAQA, DTLLS, PGCE, Cert. Ed) or equivalent.
