We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Training Project Manager and Facilitator for our Academy Team in Dubai!

What you will be doing:

We are looking for an individual to lead the development and delivery of our Academy business in the Middle East. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with the regional team to develop the Academy practice across the Middle East, India, and Africa. This role will enrich you with various and enriching situations that will enable you to grow in a multicultural environment working with top premium and luxury brands. Responsibilities include managing existing client relationships, project management including managing external consultants, training design and facilitation and supporting the business development of the Academy practice in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

The following will vary and be influenced by project, but in principle it will apply to most projects:

Client Relationship Management:
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio of luxury brand clients by understanding their current situation and challenges facing them, translating their objectives into training solutions to leverage the brand experience.
  • Lead all communication with clients, building strong relationships with key contacts.
  • Delivering engaging presentations for the client\'s senior leadership that will have an impact on maintaining and developing the relationship.
  • Sustain the business by finding new training solutions for our clients to grow our existing programs.
  • Ability to listen proactively, understanding and acting swiftly upon clients\' requests and feedback.
Project Management:
  • Coordinate with multiple teams within CXG as well as external consultants to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
  • Define the scope of the project, ensure objectives and deliverables are set.
  • Create an effective organization for the project including all key roles and responsibilities.
  • Plan the project, listing timetable, milestones, and management processes to be employed.
  • Develop financial and budget controls for the project (OPM / Operating profits margin).
  • Lead the team involved, including internal stakeholders and external consultants, in all phases of the project.
  • Provide support and care to external consultants during projects through regular communication.
  • Ensure risks are understood, issues are managed in a timely manner and are being mitigated successfully.
  • Organize and lead internal preparation meetings and rehearsals to ensure successful delivery.
Training Design and Facilitation:
  • Facilitate certain training programs either individually or alongside external consultants.
  • Design training content for certain programs, supported by the Academy practice team, through research and consulting subject matter experts.
  • Be innovative and creative in the design and execution of training solutions.
  • Deliver engaging and inspiring training programs to participants.
  • Use knowledge and experience of luxury industry to bring training content to life.
Business Development:
  • Support the efforts of the regional team to develop the Academy business in the region.
  • Engage in business development activities alongside the regional team including networking, referrals and requesting introductions.
  • Attend meetings with potential clients to present the Academy practice.
  • Create and present program proposals for potential clients.
  • Support the onboarding process for all new clients.
Requirements:

What you will bring along:
  • A passion for people development, training and coaching, particularly in the luxury industry.
  • University Degree in Management, Business, Marketing or Communication, master\'s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in the premium or luxury industry, working in frontline management as well as a training role.
  • Experience of leading training programs as a facilitator
  • Project managements experience
  • Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for the luxury industry
  • Good command of Microsoft Office solutions especially Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel
