Training Manager : Restaurants Jeddah, KSA We have been retained by this expanding Restaurant Group to find them a Training / Learning and Development Manager. This job role will be responsible for the training department of the company, working across their 5 brands. The Training Manager should come from a structured background, with experience of working with strong International brand standards. We need someone who is SOP and customer experience driven. As Training Manager, you will also cover all other aspects of the function including on:boarding, brand inductions, SOP training, training of operational initiatives as well as participating strongly in new openings. We do need an Arabic speaker for this job role please and someone with good Gulf experience : preference will be given to those currently in Saudi. Salary Package Offered: SAR15k pm but negotiable for the right individual with the right experience Get in touch:
