Job Description

Candidate must hotel Management degree/diploma. As the Training Manager of a 5-star hotel, your responsibilities would include: 1. Developing and implementing training programs: Your primary responsibility would be to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. You would be responsible for ensuring that the training is relevant, engaging, and effective in meeting the hotel\'s business goals. 2. Conducting training sessions: You would lead training sessions for all employees, including new hires and existing staff. You would ensure that all training content is delivered in a clear, concise, and effective manner. 3. Creating training materials: You would create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other learning aids, to support training programs and ensure consistency across different departments. 4. Evaluating training effectiveness: You would evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and provide feedback to employees and management on areas of improvement. 5. Identifying training needs: You would assess the training needs of employees and identify gaps in knowledge and skills. You would work with department managers to develop training programs that address these gaps. 6. Developing and administering training assessments: You would develop training assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and track employee progress. 7. Ensuring compliance with training requirements: You would maintain records of employee training and ensure that all employees receive the required training as mandated by state and federal regulations. 8. Collaborating with Department Managers: You would collaborate with department managers to ensure that training programs are aligned with the hotel\'s operations and customer service goals. 9. Staying up to date with industry standards: You would stay informed about the latest trends and industry best practices in training and development to ensure that the hotel\'s training programs remain competitive and effective. The Training Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that the hotel\'s employees are highly trained and have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality service to guests. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
