Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & Capability Building:
Conduct structured Training Needs Analysis using performance data, sales metrics, and sales observations.
Design learning journeys aligned to experience levels (new joiners, performers, high potentials,)
Design and implement a multi-tiered competency framework for diverse roles
Training Design & Content Creation:
Create high-impact sales training content, Pitch decks, Product & market knowledge, Competition analysis
Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, role-play scenarios, assessments, and microlearning assets
Ensure content is business-relevant, scalable, and performance-driven
Training Facilitation & Delivery:
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs
Conduct onboarding programs, refresher trainings, and advanced sales workshops
Drive behavioural reinforcement through simulations, role plays, and case-based learning
Coaching & Performance Enablement:
Coach frontline sales teams and managers using structured coaching frameworks
Enable sales managers to become effective on-the-job coaches
Conduct sales observations / call audits to provide actionable feedback
Performance Measurement & Impact Analysis:
Track training effectiveness metrics (pre/post assessments, productivity KPIs, conversion ratios)
Link training outcomes to business performance and revenue indicators
Present insights and recommendations.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a strategic L&D partner to Sales Leadership, Business Heads, and Support Functions
Translate business goals into capability-building interventions
Regularly engage with stakeholders to assess skill gaps, productivity challenges, and performance trends
Experience in Real estate required. Arabic speaker preferred.
