Skyview Real Estate Brokers LLC is looking for an inhouse Training & Development Executive having experience in Real Estate industry. As a Real Estate Industry Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, directors and property managers . Your role is pivotal in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and professionalism of individuals within the real estate industry. You will work closely with real estate companies or training institutions to design, implement, and evaluate training initiatives. Role Specific Duties:
- Create engaging and informative training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules.
- Deliver training sessions in-person or through virtual platforms, covering various topics such as real estate laws and regulations, sales techniques, property management, negotiation skills, and customer service.
- Undertake regular organization-wide training needs analysis for our staff build a training plan based on needs.
- Adapt training programs to cater to the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences, whether beginners, intermediate, or advanced professionals.
- Keep track of changes in the real estate market, including new laws, regulations, technologies, and industry best practices, and incorporate relevant information into training programs.
- Maintain a database of potential leaners and attendees for the courses.
- Collect relevant data relating to course feedback and key learning and report back to senior management on course feedback and key learnings.
- Experience of training real estate professionals with regards to regulations in the real estate industry, including licensing requirements and ethical standards, to ensure training programs adhere to legal and professional guidelines.
- Real estate training including but not limited to RERA training, Listing training for different portals, Bitrix24 training as well.
- Designing, organizing and promoting a range of high-quality courses for staff across the organization.
- Creating, maintaining and updating a training matrix/log.
- Attend key meetings as required.
- Review and identify current training needs, plan and implement a training programmer for the organization and other external learners.
- Identifying current and future training needs for the organization.
- Planning and delivering high-quality inductions for new starters.
- Focus on delivering positive customer outcomes and managing risk associated with training.
- Oversee compliant and robust processes through actively managing internal processes and procedures
- Real Estate Training experience is preferred but if you have had experience as a trainer for Cabin Crew can be considered.
- training in real estate industry, including sales, leasing, property management, and relevant laws and regulations
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, or seminars, preferably in the real estate or Aviation field.
- Verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Strong presentation skills to deliver interactive training sessions and facilitate learning.
- Provide constructive feedback, support, and guidance to real estate professionals
- Flexibility to adjust training approaches and materials to accommodate different learning styles, preferences, and skill levels
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative teaching methods
- A bachelor\'s degree in business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Additional certifications or qualifications in training and development are advantageous.
- Knowledge of regulations in the real estate industry, including licensing requirements and ethical standards, to ensure training programs adhere to legal and professional guidelines.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), virtual training platforms, multimedia tools, and other technologies used to deliver and enhance training content in both in-person and online settings.
