Job Description
We are looking for an experienced training manager to work in
western region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assess training needs by identifying training gaps and requirements of the team by coordinating with various departments.
Develop training programs within the budget related to operations, maintenance, safety, and compliance.
Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedbacks and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance by aligning with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
TRAINING: 4 years (Required)
