What We're Looking For





A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of Training, Quality, or Learning and Development Experience in a Luxury Hotel environment in the UAE. A proven track record of 1-2 years in a multicultural, high-volume Luxury Hotel environment, delivering training synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality. Comprehensive knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards. Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders. Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow 'FIVERs.' A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a 'Can-Do!' Spirit.

Key Responsibilities





Serves as a Brand Ambassador by embedding FIVE's Service Culture into daily operations across all properties, ensuring our FIVE Tribe Members consistently deliver 'FIVE-Styled' excellence. Develops brand-aligned Training Materials, including Job Aids, Videos, Micro-Learning content, and Service Scripts, that reflect FIVE's authentic voice. Facilitates Brand Culture Workshops that refine Body Language, Grooming, Communication Style, and Performance Energy to mirror the unmistakable 'Vibe at FIVE.' Ensures all 'FIVERs' are trained in Brand Storytelling, Signature Rituals, Guest Touchpoints, and Emotional Engagement Techniques that transform service into Unforgettable experiences. Designs and maintains Digital Training Content, E-Learning Modules, Quizzes, and Micro-Learning bursts that are modern, engaging, and crafted for real-world application. Introduces innovative Learning Methods such as Gamification, Role-Play Labs, Service Simulations, and Mobile Learning to elevate training impact. Develops and enhances quick-reference Operational Tools, including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Videos, Checklists, and Pocket Guides to support Daily Performance across all teams. Tracks Training Impact and Return on Investment (ROI) through Guest Feedback, Forbes Scores, Performance Trends, and Key Indicators aligned with FIVE's service goals. Produces Training Heat Maps that highlight strengths, opportunities, and consistency across departments and properties. Conducts Skills Gap Analyses and proposes tailored Development Plans that address capability needs and performance opportunities. Facilitates Leadership Development Sessions for Supervisors and Assistant Managers, focusing on Coaching Essentials, Feedback Delivery, Guest Recovery, and Forbes-aligned Leadership Behaviours. Supports Succession Planning by identifying High-Potential Colleagues and helping build clear Development Pathways to strengthen future leadership pipelines. Attends daily Operational Briefings to deliver impactful five-minute Service Boosters or Micro-Training segments that reinforce standards and readiness. Collaborates closely with Operations to convert Guest Insights into targeted Training Initiatives that enhance service consistency and overall performance. Supports Pre-Opening or New Outlet Launches as required, ensuring FIVE's Brand Standards, Culture, and Service Expectations are embedded from Day One.
