Design and implement training programs for FOH & BOH staff to ensure top-tier service and operational standards
Conduct regular training sessions on SOPs, service etiquette, hygiene, safety, and product knowledge
Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and performance gaps
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements accordingly
Maintain training records and support onboarding for new team members
Requirements:
Proven experience in a training role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a passion for service excellence
Ability to inspire, lead, and develop people at all levels
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards is a plus
