The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development and a passion for fostering continuous learning within an organization. Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development and a passion for fostering continuous learning within an organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials and programs based on company needs and industry standards.
- Conduct training sessions on various topics, including compliance, soft skills, and technical skills.
- Coordinate with HR and department managers to identify training requirements and schedules.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant feedback.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training, instructional design, or a related role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and adapt training styles to meet participant needs.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training software is a plus.
