Candidate Requirements
Gender: Male
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in the training field.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and manage training schedules, materials, and logistics.
Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and progress reports.
Assess training program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
Coordinate and manage relationships with clients, trainers, and facilitators.
