The Training Coordinator is the responsible manager allocated to staff induction training, compliance training, clinical training coordination, emergency procedures, code blue training, weekly/monthly/annual training plans and training records.The key roles and responsibilities of the Training Manager is:

• Overall training coordinator of all training and continuous learning activities
• Initial Staff induction Training including safety briefing, Iqarus orientation, at-sea orientation.+
• Bespoke offshore safety training for staff
• Clinical training coordination for all clinical activities
• Update staff training records on all training using T-200-a records.
• Emergency procedures training with all staff

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 training experience within a hospital/medical environment
• Clinical educator ideal to ensure clinical competency
• Good IT, planning and coordination skills
• Offshore BOSIET/HUET training mandatory entry requirements
