Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training schedules, enrolments, and logistics for short-term and certification courses.
Communicate with clients and trainers to ensure smooth program execution.
Manage CRM records, attendance, certificates, and reports.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and support sales follow-ups.
Monitor ongoing batches and maintain high training quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience in a training institute or EdTech preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office.
