3-5 years of experience in training coordination or HR functions
within the UAE, with excellent planning, communication, and administrative skills. Familiarity with LMS platforms, training compliance standards, and bilingual communication (Arabic is a plus) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of in-house and external training programs across departments.
Liaise with trainers, department heads, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of training activities.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, certificates, and employee training files.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) or training database for tracking course completions and compliance.
Prepare and distribute training materials, surveys, and feedback forms.
Monitor training effectiveness, analyze feedback, and generate reports for HR and management.
Ensure all mandatory and regulatory training requirements are met and kept up-to-date.
Support onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
Coordinate training budgets, invoicing, and procurement of training-related supplies and services.
