Bristol Training Center is seeking an experienced training center
General Manager
to lead and grow our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate must have a
minimum of 5 years of experience as a training center manager or business development manager in the training field
and a proven track record in team leadership and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
supervise daily operations, training courses and technical proposals
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and expand client base
Lead, motivate, and manage the local team to achieve performance targets
Build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Ensure high-quality delivery of training programs and services
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a training manager or business development manager.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience working in the UAE training market
