The Role

Position Title:

Training & QA Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A health & wellness brand based in Dubai, dedicated to empowering people to focus on healthy, enjoyable lifestyle through natural food products : o Tour around different food truck locations in Dubai for staff audit & new joiners training o Create and execute training programs for new leaders, building decision-making and supervisory capabilities from within the team. o Conduct frequent audits at the central kitchen to ensure prep consistency is matching brand standards o Take full ownership of operations during events, pop-ups, and activations with a hands-on approach

Requirements

At least 4 yrs experience in managing kitchens - Quality and Training o Must be doing for Staff Audit & new joiners training o Must have driving license and own car
