Training And Development Executive

Job Description
We are looking for an organized and experienced trainer to join our organization. The trainer will evaluate our needs and current practices and create and deliver a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources.
- To Understand training needs and provide training for Merchandisers/ Sales Promoters for multiple brands in the group.
- Coordinate with Merchandisers Coordinators to conduct training programs according to the concerned brand\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
- Travel across the Emirates and meet Merchandiser staff to know their job and product knowledge level.
- Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
- Prepare learning materials for programs.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
- Review employee performance and learning.
- 2 to 4 years Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.
- candidates must know Malayalam, Hindi and English languages.
- Bachelor\'s degree in education, business, and human resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
