Handle daily admin, trainer support, and client requests.
Oversee exam bookings, student registrations, and certifications.
Maintain CRM, schedules, and accurate reports.
Coordinate B2B/B2C training sessions and logistics.
Support customer service, accounts receivables, and reception duties.
Ensure SOP compliance across all training and admin activities.
Communicate with clients, trainers, and internal teams.
Resolve learner queries and manage training materials.
