Proven Experience: Demonstrable background working for high-profile families within luxury residences or five-star hospitality environments.
Unwavering Discretion: Impeccable confidentiality and trustworthiness are non-negotiable.
Exceptional Service Standards: A keen eye for detail, anticipation of needs, and a commitment to excellence in every task.
Superb Communication: Fluent English with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Mobility & Flexibility: These roles involve frequent international travel. A valid British passport is highly preferred due to visa and travel logistics.
Trainer / Rider
An accomplished and professional individual to oversee the training and development of the horses and potentially ride to a competitive standard.
Key Responsibilities:

• Training Programs: Developing and implementing tailored training programs for each horse to ensure their progression and well-being.
• Riding & Schooling: Riding and schooling horses to a high standard.
• Competition Preparation: Preparing horses for competition, which may include traveling to and managing at events.
• Team Management: Possibly overseeing the grooms and the daily running of the equestrian yard.
• Liaison: Working closely with the Principals on the long-term equestrian strategy.

Ideal Candidate:

• A proven competitive record and significant experience as a trainer/rider.
• Deep understanding of equine psychology, training techniques, and competition preparation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a private household structure.
