We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Nail Technician Trainer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail artistry and a genuine enthusiasm for educating and inspiring future nail professionals.You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions that combine both practical and theoretical learning.
Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on and classroom-based training in all aspects of nail technology, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail art, and salon hygiene practices. Develop comprehensive lesson plans, training modules, and assessment materials that align with industry standards. Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support their skill development. Stay current with emerging nail trends, techniques, tools, and products to ensure training content remains up to date. Maintain a safe and professional learning environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Inspire, motivate, and mentor students to achieve professional excellence in their craft.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a professional
Nail Technician
with strong technical expertise across a range of nail services. Relevant certification or diploma inNail Technology
or a related field. Previous experience as atrainer, educator, or mentor
is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for teaching, creativity, and the beauty industry.Job Type: Part-time
