To drive organizational training strategy, monitor its implementation and assess its outcome. Key Responsibilities
- Work with company stakeholders and identify training and developmental needs and drive appropriate training programs.
- Design and implement effective training programs that cater for front-line and back-end staff of the Company.
- Assess the training needs of all individuals and teams and conduct training for them.
- Implement different sales training techniques such as group activities or case studies.
- Design and implement orientation programs for new employees.
- Conduct in-house training for various levels for front-line and back-end employees of the Company.
- Plan, monitor and execute training and development activities according to Training Calendar.
- Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI and report to higher management.
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development include enhancing employee's skills, performances, productivity and quality of work.
- Collect feedback from management regarding training material and make improvements as per the requirement of people.
- Keep updated records of training materials and modules.
- Research and implement new training techniques for our organization.
