To impart training for various technical trades such as Millwright Technician / fitter,Pipe / Structural fabricator, Pipe filler, Mechanical technician etc.To train and upgrade technician for multi-tasking enhancing their skills and knowledgePlan and schedule training of nominated candidate’s w.r.t. nominated trades.Ensure that the candidates are trained as per assignment or task they have to perform in the field. Complete knowledge of the various processes carried out by the technician as per their assignment in various Sabic / S. Aramco and other affiliated Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plant.Devise training module as needed for various training. Establish easiness and confidence via training in candidates so as to achieve target of successful assignment. Prepare and update training record accordingly. Participates in the development of the training modules and procedures.Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Sr. Resource Specialist summarizing the performance of the candidates.To have good vocabulary and audible sound to make candidates understand the proceedings.To train respective trades as per request (nomination) by Resource department.To have comprehensive knowledge of various trades activity in Plants such as Hadeed, Maaden and other Sabic affiliates as well as S. Aramco. Multi lingual (speaking English, Arabic, Hindi) would be an added advantage to train Saudi candidates as well. As a trainer would be accountable for imparting sufficient knowledge and enhancing skill of the employee.

Basic Salary: SAR-4500-6000
