We are prioritizing the recruitment of a Trainer for our UK Desk in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the Forex industry, specifically in a Team Leader (TL) or Sales Manager role, and will be responsible for training and developing our team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff focused on sales techniques and product knowledge within the Forex industry.
• Assess training needs and create tailored training materials and sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops, utilizing various teaching methods to engage participants.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members to ensure skills are being applied effectively in real-world scenarios.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff to drive improvement in sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with management to align training objectives with company goals and KPI targets.
• Stay updated on Forex market trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader, Sales Manager, or similar role in the Forex industry.
• Strong knowledge of Forex trading, products, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in training or mentoring is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
