About the Role


Qatar Aviation Services is looking for experience staff to join their Cargo team as Trainer based in Doha, Qatar.



The role is responsible to train, monitor and assess staff according to the training program for Warehouse Operation, Soft skills, Customer Services, General Aviation, Equipment operation and other common trainings. As a Trainer, you will supervise formal, informal initial and recurrent including on-the-Job- training and ensure that all required training is provided. You will also maintain and update training content, records in accordance with the training standards.





Accountabilities:

Supervise and deliver formal, informal and On the Job training in accordance with initial and recurrent needs prior to staff job functions. Contribute in content development and implementation. Execute practical assessment after completing on job training for trainees. Compile all training record and reports to ensure that all training activities are systematically filed. Ensure that skills of employee assigned are upgraded to meet job requirements and enhance work related performance and professional skills by delivering courses while demonstrating enthusiasm, participation, engaging the audience, speech clarity, etc. Ensure the use of the latest knowledge / information that will provide additional or higher level of competencies. Provide constructive feedback for individual trainees towards the staff development. Report to Line Manager all the individual performance to ensure that objectives and priorities are achieved. Review and complete performance and probation report. Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

About you


High School or vocational qualification / Diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with 2 years of job-related work experience. Should have completion of Train the Trainer certification from an approved organization or minimum QR Leadership Effectiveness and Potential program (LEAP1 and 2) Must have a driving license and experience in driving. Should be proficient in designing PowerPoint presentation Must have a proficient knowledge in MS Office applications such as Excel and Words Ideally has strong mentoring and coaching skills.
