To analyse, evaluate, develop, and deliver learning programs to a multicultural audience within flydubai and its strategic partners by using different training methods in alignment with company objectives, international standards and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Designs & delivers all Airport Services training programmes across the flydubai network including new stations start-up and any restarts in compliance with relevant regulations (GCAA, IATA and ICAO etc.)
2. Creates technical and operational training strategies, initiatives, and materials by contacting and utilizing outside vendors and resources for instructional technology to allow the testing & reviews created materials.
3. Identifies and utilizing leading training methods and materials which may include computer-based training or instructor-led training.
4. Works with station management to provide support in meeting operational training improvement and standards.
5. Conducts a detailed technical training needs analysis by engaging relevant stakeholders and documents findings appropriately.
6. Serves as the custodian of all training materials and revises material based on trends and lessons learned.
7. Delivers \xe2\x80\x98on the job\xe2\x80\x99 training to ensure consistency of services offered at all outstations and ramps.
8. Establishes and implements the most efficient delivery method by identifying the context for learning, individuals learning style and learner characteristics.
9. Conducts classroom and practical training in all aspects of customer services and \'above wing\' (check in etc.) and \xe2\x80\x98below wing\xe2\x80\x99 services (ramp turnaround coordination and Centralized Load Control etc.)
10. Determines the effectiveness of the training programs using recognised evaluation models.
11. Implements revised training policies and procedures, SOPs within Airport Services across all subject matters.
12. Provides assistance and support for all audit requirements and investigations in the specific area of focus.
13. Conducts reviews on identified topics of training and provides analysis and recommendations.
14. Updates the training material regularly in line with GCAA, IATA and ICAO, etc. mandated changes.
Experience in training development or equivalent combination of education and experience
Departure control system (DCS)
A suitable training qualification (e.g. IATA, PTLLS) or similar is an advantage
IATA DGR Cat 6 is an advantage.
