We're Hiring - Real Estate Trainer (Rentals Focus)
Our growing real estate company is looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Trainer - Rentals Division to train, guide, and upskill our leasing agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs focused on property rentals
Coach new agents on leasing procedures, client handling, and property laws
Conduct sessions on CRM usage, lead generation, and closing deals
Stay updated on UAE rental regulations and market trends
Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate training, especially rentals
Strong knowledge of UAE rental laws and procedures
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to train both freshers and experienced agents
