? Responsible for performing quality analysis from raw material receiving to finished product dispatching.
? Responsible for conducting final product inspection and approval for shipment.
? Responsible for conducting regular hygiene and sanitation auditing of processing plant
? Responsible for supervising the maintenance of machinery used for food processing.
? Monitor and ensure the core temperature of the product is between 0 to 4 0 Celsius from raw material receiving to final product dispatch.
? Monitor and ensure chillers, freezer, vehicle chillers and all types of machinery used in the factory are working properly.
? To ensure that safe, high quality, and consistent food products are served to the customers in compliance with the organization's standards and governmental norms.
? Detailed auditing of production areas in relation to cleaning schedules, hygiene procedures, product and packaging quality on incoming products.
? Ensure all documentation and records are logged and controlled.
? Reject all the incoming raw materials fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest
? Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
? Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
? Monitor the production phase at various levels, HACCP, food safety and defined procedures, GMP's, pest management, and sanitation practices.
