We expect our trainees to demonstrate an interest in the law and commit to a career in the Middle East upon qualifying. Regional focus is important to us and Arabic language skills are a plus (but not an essential requirement) We look for candidates with a minimum qualification of a 2.1 or above at degree level (or equivalent). For LPC route, the candidates should have completed the LPC or have a confirmed place on the LPC. For the SQE route, as an entry requirement, graduate candidates who don\xe2\x80\x99t hold an LLB from a common law jurisdiction should have completed SQE 1 before joining the programme. We are looking to recruit trainees who are enthusiastic, innovative, team-players who embrace ATCO culture, and who have robust problem-solving skills, commercial awareness and strong communication skills both oral and written.
