JOB DETAILS: Job Title: Trainee - Medical Representative Reports to: Country Manager, Sales - GCC & KSA Department: Sales and Marketing Location: United Arab Emirates - Dubai
JOB PURPOSE: Planning and conducting visits to pharmacists and healthcare professionals to promote Hikma products with the aim to increase the awareness and support in achieving the overall sales target while monitoring competitor\xe2\x80\x99s activities and threats. Following up on and reviewing Hikma products\xe2\x80\x99 performance within the market through clients\xe2\x80\x99 responses and other indicators.

QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or equivalent

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Planning and conducting daily visits to healthcare professionals to promote assigned products, disseminate product information and convey company messages to achieve monthly sales target.
- Assessing patients and doctors needs to strongly position the benefits of the brands.
- Utilizing effective selling to deliver brands value proposition in alignment with marketing messages.
- Maintaining strong disease and product knowledge in assigned therapy area.
- Building trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen Hikma\xe2\x80\x99s image.
- Monitoring and analyzing data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
- Documenting all sales related activities performed in a timely manner.
- Collating accurate and prompt basic sales information and entering them on the CRM system daily to be revised by the Sales Supervisor.
- Managing properly company\xe2\x80\x99s resources and insure working within the SOPs and compliance framework.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous biological / biosimilar experience is prefered.
- This is a temporary role of 6 months duration.
