Assist in offline sales, merchandising, expiry checking, and maintaining customer service standards. Manage online orders via platforms such as Talabat, InstaShop, Careem, and NowNow.
Stock Management:
Ensure stock availability meets store requirements from CPD and other branches. Develop strategies for non-moving products and effectively manage ISLP products. Maintain accurate stock records for all products.
Invoice & Product Management:
Support daily invoice entry and ensure accurate barcoding of received products. Merchandise products attractively and ensure timely clearance of IBT and CPD stocks. Identify and procure required stocks daily from CPD and other branches.
Additional Responsibilities:
Adhere to DHA/MOH regulations, with only registered pharmacists dispensing medicines.
Maintain strict confidentiality of company data and information.
Follow company IT Security Policy.
Flexibility to work in any of our pharmacy branches and any shifts as per business needs.
