Job Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain accurate inventory of medications, ensuring proper storage and labeling. Receive, review, and accurately process medication orders from online platforms. Manage the receipt and processing of electronic prescriptions (ERX). Oversee logistics and coordination of fleet operations for timely delivery and pickup. Offer detailed information on medication uses, side effects, and interactions to customers. Address and resolve issues or discrepancies related to online orders. Ensure necessary approvals are obtained and manage the approval process.
Requirements

Comprehensive Knowledge of Medications: In-depth understanding of various medications, including their uses and interactions. Minimum 2 Years of UAE Experience: Proven experience working within the UAE for at least two years in a relevant role. Expertise in Online Order Processing: Familiarity with receiving and processing orders from online platforms. Proficiency in ERX and Approval Processes: Skilled in handling e-prescriptions (ERX), obtaining necessary approvals, and managing the dispensing process. Experience in Fleet Operations: Knowledge and experience in managing fleet operations, including logistics and coordination.

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Experience & Education

Admin in pharmacy: 2 years (Required) Bachelors of Pharmacy
