Trainee Pharma Executives
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Pharma Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training in pharmaceutical products, sales techniques, and industry regulations, with the goal of becoming a proficient Pharma Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior Pharma Executives in promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's product portfolio.
Understand and adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.
Support in preparing sales presentations and product documentation.
Participate in training sessions to develop sales and communication skills.
Maintain and update customer records and follow-up schedules.
Attend meetings and contribute to team discussions.
Shadow experienced team members to learn sales techniques and product details.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and develop sales and technical knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
