Job Purpose

System engineer Trainee will be involved into system support and project deployments for organization.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible to understand ITIL methodology for system support Providing assistance to engineering team on L1 level tasks related to systems Providing assistance to customers on supporting technical issues Attending and Completing product trainings and certifications as required by organization Supporting engineering team on preparations of HLD, LLD documents and designs. Understanding project support and AMC lifecycle

Job Requirements

Qualifications Graduate / Diploma engineer in Electronics / Telecom / IT/ computer science or related field

Experience 0 to 2 years of experience in system integration company Should have completed academic level projects related to IT, data centre, virtualization

Certifications (Desirable but not mandatory) Associate level certification - Microsoft or Redhat Associate level certification - Commvault/Veeam Associate level certification - SAN Storage solution

Knowledge & Skills Understanding of system infrastructure including MS Servers - 2012, 2016, 2019, MS Azure knowledge or any other cloud experience, HyperV & Vmware Virtualization, Microsoft active directory services Knowledge of MS SQL Server databases Knowledge of System Backup infrastructure Understanding of server clustering, fabric interconnects and SAN/NAS storage devices Theoretical Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veritas netbackup, Commvault or Veeam Basic knowledge or application of technical principles, theories and concept Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours Ability to learn new technologies quickly Presentation skills, Client Management skills At Al Rostamani Group, we seek talented people who work hard to achieve great things.
