To make it sure to load the vehicle in uniform manner up to trailer body level. Cover with tarpaulin and secure properly.
Records and Documentation
To ensure to hand over the token issued by quarry loader operator to Security Guard at NCC gate.
To ensure to hand over the inland sand receipt statement along with weighbridge ticket before end of duty to transport department.
Responsible in collecting load slip from Transport Department in case of Bulk Cement Delivery and proceed to packing plant for loading. Make it sure that the load vehicle is the same as per loading slip.
To ensure to receive all the signed documents in bulk cement delivery upon off loading of the cement and hand over to Transport department upon return in the company.
Coordination & Communication
To check and coordinate with Crusher operator regarding mode of disposal of incoming sand or limestone either in Crusher or Stockyard.
To ensure the coordination with Site plant In-charge for bulk cement delivery on arrival at site contract.
Weighbridge Procedure
To record empty weight at weigh bridge before proceeding to the assign trip schedule.
For bulk cement delivery ensure to proceed to weighbridge for weighing and document processing.
In bulk cement delivery make sure to return tare weight (empty weight) at weighbridge.
For raw material transport make sure to record empty weighbridge before loading vehicle.
COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal
Submit trip sheets, fuel receipts, and inspection reports.
Discuss vehicle maintenance needs or performance issues

Minimum educational requirement: Completion of secondary school.
