Maintain economical fuel consumption through good driving practices and ensure vehicles are filled with a full tank at the end of each shift. * Inspect Truck, Car-Carrier and load for defect during and after trips and submit a written report if any defect found * Submit all relevant items listed in the driver SOP accurately and on time; including Trip Sheets, Fuel Receipts, signed DOs, Police Reports and Defect Sheets. * Maintain a 100% damage-free record. Report all accident or incidents involving company equipment to Planning Team. Accurately maintain driver logbook in accordance with company requirements. * Provides a communication link between customers and Planning staff. Good communication and diplomacy skills required. * Knowledge of basic truck & automotive maintenance procedures. Awareness and compliance of company Health & Safety Policy. Knowledge of UAE roads and RTA regulations.
