Managing the site entry and exit gates and assisting customers with issuing parking tickets, paying for parking fees, and exiting the mall premises smoothly Make sure to keep the traffic flowing and direct cars into available parking spaces. Patrol within the mall's car park Report any incident, such as accidents, unattended belongings, HSE hazards, or customer complaints to the Traffic Control Center / Security Control room Protect premises, property, and information Report daily to the Supervisor / Team Leader with all daily reports as per procedures Ensuring all Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times All Health, Safety, and Environment instructions are to be adhered to at all times Operating and monitoring security systems that relate to parking Security Control the entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles through the car park. Patrol on foot search for any situations or conditions hazardous to the property or safety of persons at a site Patrol all outside parking areas as required to ensure vehicle safety and to detect unauthorized persons Write appropriate reports as required

Selection Criteria:

Require previous car park experience, good knowledge of traffic management 3 years of proof of work experience with a minimum of 1 year of Traffic Marshal experience in the UAE Education certificate required English communication skills (verbal and written) Good knowledge of traffic management Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills Hard working and committed * Willing to work on a shift schedule
