: This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the School of Gilding and Ornamentation in Fujairah. We are looking for an Emarati art or design graduate with proven interest in traditional art to teach students new skills in gilding and ornamentations. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a creative individual who wishes to teach a new generation of artists and crafters. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to work collectively with staff and students as the new curriculum is developed and evolves. These roles will work closely with the Head of School to nurture student culture and community through improving engagement, attendance, continuation and success across a diverse student cohort. The chosen candidates will have proven academic and studio experience. They must be a people centric person with the desire to be on campus co-creating and delivering curriculum with both the staff and student body. Essential Criteria: - Emirati (from Fujairah preferably) - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in art or design - Bilingual (Arabic and English) - Proven interest in traditional Islamic arts - portfolio Desirable: - Practicing artist or designer with established online presence - Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in art or design - Teaching experience - Ability to create written and visual artistic content for website and social media.
