Currently, our Market Making Department is searching for a Trading Team Leader, who will coordinate the work of one of the teams. Main Responsibilities:
- Working with the team: motivation, support, feedback, and error management
- Establishing work processes, delegating tasks, and monitoring their execution
- Communicating with clients to determine product development strategy, immersing in the product, and maintaining long-term relationships
- Developing business and trading strategies together with your team
- Experience in trading for at least 5 years
- Experience in team management for at least 2 years
- Responsibility, analytical mindset, systemic thinking, stress resistance, creativity
- Fluent English
- Experience working with cryptocurrencies
- Bachelor\'s degree in mathematics or economic
