Job Summary:

We are seeking a

skilled and versatile Financial Market Operations Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

stock, forex, and commodity markets

and a strong working knowledge of

trading terminals

such as

ODIN, MetaTrader (MT4/MT5), web terminals

, and

customized proprietary trading software

. A strong command of

CRM platforms, MS Office

, and

internet-based research

is essential.

The candidate must possess

excellent communication skills

, fluency in

Hindi

, and working proficiency in

Gujarati and English

. This is a

multi-faceted operational role

requiring both technical understanding and front-office coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor

multiple trading platforms

(ODIN, MetaTrader, Web Terminals, In-house/custom platforms) Execute orders accurately across

equity, commodity, and forex

markets Provide support for

trade settlements, order mismatches

, and post-trade processes Manage and update

CRM systems

for client account handling and communications Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using

MS Excel

(including pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.) Conduct

market research

and data analysis to support decision-making or reporting Collaborate with the

IT and Compliance teams

to troubleshoot trading platform issues and ensure system integrity Maintain strong client service standards through prompt and professional communication Assist in onboarding new clients, verifying KYC, and updating documentation records Coordinate with brokers and exchanges for any discrepancies or operational requirements Provide administrative and clerical support to the operations/trading desk

Required Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge

of trading environments: ODIN, MetaTrader (MT4/MT5), and Web Terminals Ability to

learn and operate custom-built or in-house trading software

Proficiency in

CRM software tools

and lead/client management Advanced user of

Microsoft Office Suite

, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Capable of conducting

internet-based research

and information gathering from financial portals Strong

analytical, coordination, and documentation

skills High

attention to detail

and ability to multitask in a fast-paced trading environment

Excellent communication

and client interaction skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Commerce, Business Administration

, or a related field Certifications in

Capital Markets / Derivatives / NISM / Technical Analysis
