Responsibilities:
Manage commercial correspondence and official emails.
Follow up on purchase orders and quotations with suppliers, and handle correspondence with shipping companies.
Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents.
Provide daily administrative support to management.
Requirements & Key Skills:
Minimum of 2 years' proven
experience in commercial correspondence and dealing with suppliers (purchase orders, quotations, follow-ups).
Fluency in English and
Tagalog
, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
