Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Trader

to join our team at Omniflow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing trading strategies, monitoring market trends, managing risk, and maximizing profitability in line with the company's objectives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, decisiveness under pressure, and a deep understanding of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Execute trades across multiple markets and asset classes in alignment with company strategy. Monitor market conditions, trends, and news to identify trading opportunities. Manage risk and ensure compliance with trading guidelines and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the research and data teams to develop and refine trading models. Maintain accurate records of trades and prepare regular performance reports. Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to optimize profitability. Develop relationships with brokers, liquidity providers, and market participants.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's is a plus). Proven experience as a trader, preferably in [FX, equities, commodities, or crypto--customize as relevant to Omniflow's domain]. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Proficiency in trading platforms, data analysis tools, and market software. Excellent risk management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to perform under pressure and in fast-paced environments. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
