- Providing expert legal advice on trademark matters to clients
- Conducting comprehensive trademark searches and assessments
- Preparing and filing trademark applications
- Handling trademark oppositions, cancellations, and enforcement matters
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to trademark protection
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with UAE trademark laws
- Representing clients in negotiations, hearings, and legal proceedings
- Staying updated with the latest developments in trademark law and regulations
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 1-4 years of UAE trademark law experience
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- A law degree from a reputable institution or higher
