Job Description

The Role

Providing secretarial support to a Patent and Trademark Attorneys . Preparing and filing trademark applications . Analyzing and reviewing local and foreign trademark files . Conducting trademark searches and other related transactions . Maintaining filing systems . Maintaining in-house databases . Submission of trademarks applications online . Monitoring and keeping track of deadlines . Formal work and submission of trademarks applications; . Following up and corresponding with various bodies, including but not limited to associates, agents, and governmental departments . Management and archiving of files . Monitoring and responding to the email received and phone

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree . Must be a good planner and detail-oriented . Ability to manage a high-volume of work in fast-paced environment, and work well under pressure . Ability to meet deadlines, organize and prioritize assignments, and handle multiple projects simultaneously . Ability to work independently and take initiative to move projects to completion
