We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to lead initiatives across both e-commerce and traditional trade channels. This role will focus on driving brand visibility, executing promotional campaigns, and optimizing retail partnerships--both offline (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, etc.) and online (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online). The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of FMCG trade marketing experience, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven track record of collaboration with sales and e-commerce teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies across e-commerce and traditional retail channels
Partner with sales teams to design promotional campaigns and in-store activations that drive sell-out
Manage retailer partnerships (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, etc.) ensuring brand visibility and compliance
Oversee digital retail media campaigns (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour online) with a focus on ROI
Track campaign performance and recommend sales-driving improvements
Requirements
4 to 6 years trade marketing experience in FMCG
Strong understanding of both offline and online retail environments
Proven ability to work closely with sales and e-commerce teams
Analytical mindset and hands-on with trade spend optimization
