We are launching a new premium tobacco brand across the UAE and are hiring a
Trade Marketing Manager
to lead our market entry. This role is critical in driving in-store visibility, managing retail activations, and supporting our commercial rollout across both duty-free and domestic retail channels.
What You'll Do
Retail Development
Identify and onboard key retail partners (cigar shops, petrol stations, lounges, specialty stores)
Negotiate placement, visibility, and promotional terms
Build strong relationships with retail staff to support product push
Trade Activation
Deploy localized POS materials (displays, signage, branded assets)
Coordinate promotions or sampling activities where legally allowed
Monitor performance and collect retailer and customer feedback
Duty-Free Support
Support listing processes, shelf setup, and visibility campaigns in duty-free environments
Liaise with airport retailers and monitor competitor activity
Reporting & Budgets
Maintain a retail performance tracker (outlets, terms, results)
Monitor trade marketing budgets and report ROI
Share weekly updates and insights with leadership
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or retail sales in the UAE
Background in
tobacco, spirits, FMCG
, or premium/luxury goods preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
UAE driving license
