Trade Finance Sales Professionals
across the GCC to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new client relationships for trade finance products including LCs, SBLCs, and LGs.
Actively promote Trust Link Financial Broker's trade finance solutions to SMEs, corporates, and trading companies.
Identify client financing needs and propose suitable trade finance instruments.
Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing transactions.
Maintain client records, compliance documentation, and ensure KYC/AML requirements are met.
Coordinate closely with the back-office support team to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
Achieve individual transaction targets to maximize commission earnings.
Stay updated on trade finance market trends, competitor offerings, and client demands.
Work Environment:
Remote-based role.
Flexible working hours, focus on deliverables and closed transactions.
Open to candidates located in all UAE.
Compensation:
Commission-based earning model.
Attractive commission rates between
6.5% to 15%
on successful transaction volumes (terms apply).
No basic salary; earnings fully performance-based.
